The Jabra Link 14201-20 electronic hook switch (EHS) for Avaya & Alcatel telephones is used with Jabra wireless headsets to enable remote call answering functionality.  This means that when you wear your headset you will be able to answer the telephone and hang up away from you desk.  You will hear the telephone ring and at the touch of a button you can answer the call.
