The Jabra GN9300 battery kit includes a charging cradle and a spare battery.  This kit is ideal for businesses who need to use the wireless headset for 24/7 operations or over multiple shifts. 

You simply slide off the back panel of the stand on the base unit and slide on the charging cradle from the kit.  The spare battery then fits into place and will charge.  When your current battery in the headset is flat, swap them over and you are ready to go for another shift.
